“Great product. Bought as present for my wife. I initially ordered the wrong size bracelet but Notch arranged an immediate replacement without any hassle. She especially loved the dachshund charm and intends to treat herself to extra charms and an additional bracelet shortly.”

“Superb service from Notch. I ordered a bracelet and customised Notch. But the Notch delivered was not what I wanted. My fault? Their fault? Not sure, but they exchanged my Notch for a new one with better symmetry 🐦‍⬛ The other ring is a Pigeon Ring I put on myself 😉”
