“I ordered 3 loops with engraving as presents. They arrived super quick but unfortunately, one was in the wrong colour. I got in touch by email and the response was immediate. The correct colour was dispatched the next day. I am really impressed with the quality of the loops and cannot fault the excellent customer service in helping to rectify the mistake. Would definitely recommend 😊”

“The packaging was terrible spent nearly £200.00 on a broaclet and all the notches got stuffed in a tiny zip lock bag. The packaging used to be so much better won't use again.”

“Great early delivery and good quality product. However, I would like the writing to be a bit bigger on the notches themselves as it’s hard to see what it says. Revised 6/11/2025 After my review was left, Notch contacted me promptly offering to replace the notch with larger writing free of charged. I received the replacement today and have not needed to return the other one to them. Very considerate service and kind interactions. I have now altered my review to five stars.”
