“We were warmly welcomed on a bitterly cold day and provided with hot cups of tea when we visited on spec as we were considering using Memoria's services for our mother's cremation. We later booked. We found the staff to be polite, considerate, informative and not pushy. The gardens are beautiful and immaculately kept as was the chapel, car park and facilities. No complaints whatsoever just high praise. I would highly recommend.”

“The crematorium at Barnby Dun was excellent. The staff were very discreet and the facilities were first class as was the parking and the grounds. We had a very good send off and I would like to thank everyone.”

“Certainly one of the nicest chapels I've seen, and the comfy sofa style seats are a very nice touch. Everything ran on time. The grounds are pleasant and will look much less sparse in a few years time when the trees and shrubs have had chance to mature; having said that, our visit was in December and Memoria is a relatively new facility. It was nice not having to go into Oxford. My only criticism would be that there should probably be more than one toilet in the waiting room. In our case, several people had travelled a long way and needed to freshen up before the service.”

“I had my husbands cremation service with you at Northop Hall Crematorium on 13 December 2024. The service was really lovely and simple, the surroundings were so peaceful and the seating was really comfortable. All the mourners were impressed with both the building and the landscape. The service was arranged through John Knowles Funeral Services so I had no direct communication with you.”

“We recently held a service here for my father. The place is beautiful and serene and we were very happy with every aspect of it. The screening of photos and requested music was beautifully done. Everything was spotless clean and fresh. The only suggestion I would make would be for a couple of seats in the back area where we congregate after the service, we had a few elderly people there and I am recovering from knee surgery, this would have been helpful to us . Other than that the place was perfect and I would highly recommend the place. Thankyou”

“Within 2 hours of the hospice phoning your company on my behalf, my wifes body was colected by the undertaker. The followng day your company put my mind at rest by taking over all other arrangements. My family and myself were impresed ln the professional way that your company organised all aspects right through to the day of the cremation service.”
