“Everything went smoothly. There was adequate parking to accommodate a full crematorium. The screen was a good size to be able to see the photos from all seats. We could hear the music and the celebrant clearly.”

“All of the Crematorium staff at Cardiff & Glamorgan are a credit to Memoria. They go above and beyond with their compassion and empathy not only to those at a time of great loss but to colleagues and funeral professionals alike. After losing a much loved Wife , Mother and Grandmother in May , we chose to hold her service at Cardiff & Glamorgan , nothing was to much trouble and the care shown on the day so comforting ,as a Funeral Director myself I am fortunate to work alongside this team almost daily and their dedication and high standards are exemplary a credit to the profession and unfortunately very much forgotten unsung hero’s in our community. My family can not thank you all enough .”

“Wonderful setting, very professional staff, plenty of parking and a lovely experience under the circumstances. Sadly I have been here many times and yes it can be a little rushed at busy times but I still prefer attending this venue.”

“My husband's cremation all went off very smoothly. The room looked lovely and peaceful and all staff were warm and caring. Collecting the ashes also went very smoothly and the lady I saw extremely helpful and kind. My only concern is the lowness of the front row benches - which I needed help to stand up as they are very low for old people. The chairs further back are much more suitable for standing and sitting.”
