“From the initial brochure viewing to the setting, facilities and ambiance of the Memoria I was very impressed. Our service went smoothly with many positive comments from attendees. My only criticism would be that once the service had finished, I felt rushed to leave which did not give me time to acknowledge family members and friends I had not seen for months, and some even years. This changed my overall experience. I understand that when another service is booked in, this is difficult but if families could be given that bit more time at this very heartbreaking time it could only improve families experience.”
