“Thankyou for providing such a peaceful, comfortable venue for us to remember my husband with all of his family and friends and celebrate his life. Some guests who had queried the choice of venue came to me afterwards and said they now understood. The venue is filled with light and the use of screens filled the whole hall with memories.”

“It has been 4 months since my wife's funeral and I am just about in a good enough place to be able to write this review. Funerals are, by their very nature, emotional times, but the settings and people at Memoria made this as good as could be wished for. The crematorium and grounds are immaculate and the assistance I received from the staff made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. I would like to make special mention to Adam Downing, and Michael Holmes, before he left, who made the arrangements for our family garden of remembrance where Marianne's ashes were interred. Thank you to all the team, I will probably meet you all in the future as I visit the gardens as often as I can.”

“Recently I had to arrange the funeral of my mum. This was obviously a very difficult and emotional time but I found the staff at Memoria went out of their way to make this as easy as possible for me. I had booked the crematorium through the funeral director but felt I needed to go and see the place so that on the day I knew what was happening and where things would take place. We went, without an appointment or phone call, and one of the staff came out to us and then took as much time as I needed to explain exactly what would happen. They were professional and very kind. They showed me the different light settings I could choose from, they made a couple of suggestions about format or decorations within the main room without pressure. On the day of the funeral they met and greeted the family and friends attending and to the best of their ability put us all at ease. They explained again to me the format of the day and made this as easy as possible. The building is modern and light. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is plenty of parking. There is a long time allocated for each funeral so you do not feel rushed to leave. This is never a pleasant day but I felt that everyone cared. I thoroughly recommend Memoria at Faversham”

“We held our beautiful mums cremation at Memoria and are so glad that we did. Everything was as perfect as could be. The quiet considerate care from the staff is second to none. Many of the people attending commented on the perfect surroundings also. Thank you for making a difficult day something beautiful.”

“I was very satisfied by the services offered at Woodside, the comfort, the respectful atmosphere, the correctness and volume of the music, the 'slide show' we desired. My only disappointment was the speed with which we were ushered from the building without time to acknowledge and thank attendees who were unable to join the family at the 'purvey'.”

“The funeral director and the celebrant on the day were both excellent and rescued Babs' funeral after the Memoria rep who was organising it remotely failed to deliver the Order of Service, failed to follow our request on the presentation and was unresponsive to our last minute request for help”
