“Recently attend memorial service, so poorly attended but it was really lovely. Ladies choir, tea & cake. Gardens are beautiful setting, peaceful and well maintained with ample space, options but it is so expensive with a 10year lease and this made us choose another option”

“I'm not sure what to say about a crematorium, so I'll say what I thought was important. It's easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The grounds were well maintained. The chapel is well laid out with nice views over the garden. I did feel a bit rushed after the service but I suppose that's because they are so busy.”

“A faultless, highly efficient organisation. We asked for specific things including specific music, a special projected photograph, we chose our own celebrant. All was done via email and only one visit. The celebrant arrived and was well impressed with the facilities and welcome. I can only recommend Memoria and whilst yes they are a business I also thank them most sincerely for the manner in which they conduct it.”

“Memoria Cardiff and Vale is set in lovely grounds which are well cared for. The experience of Memoria Cardiff and Vale is felt even as you enter through the gates and lasts passed the time point you pass your loved one in their capable and caring hands. Staff are kind, considerate, thoughtful and accommodating. No question is left unanswered or wish unconsidered. Inside, the crematorium is well maintained and respectfully decorated, with all the facilities you need on hand. Thank you for looking after us.”

“Staff very respectful, fabric of building inside in very good condition - audio and visuals were great. All round 5 stars, but... could do with repairing the roofline above the awning at the entrance; it's needing painted and/or repaired and is noticeably shabby. That's tyhe only thing letting Paisley down...”
