“The whole experience was made so much easier by the delightful friendly but professional way we were treated. The setting could not have been more charming and peaceful. Everyone commented on the service and we got everything we wanted”

“I had never attended a service at this place before but had spoken to a few people who had and they were all very complimentary and I found they were right it was light bright and very serene and very comfortable seating,we didn't feel rushed at any point and the outside area was very well set out on such a sad day it was the best we could have experienced.”

“We had a stressful time due to traffic delaying family arrival - the service was delayed by half an hour. The staff were very accommodating and enabled us to wait until the family arrived. Thank you!”

“Memoria took a modern approach to our ceremony. The sound recording and accoustics of the music was excellent and the room was well organised and clean and tidy. The timing was a little too tight for some members of our family who needed to chat and to recover with members around the flowers. Family members pointed out there was no named flower stick traditionally the last opportunity for a photo of remembrance of loved ones and an opportunity to read the cards attached to the flowers. The name over the coffin area highlighted in computerised letters was felt a little indiscrete and perhaps this area of discretion needs to be reviewed by the company. However as an alternative to North Oxford the location was nearer home and we were speedily returned to our home to share in our celebration of our loved ones life. Thank You”

“Although all the communication prior to the funeral was through the funeral directors, the process appeared to be very smooth and efficient. All staff were kind and supportive and the facilities were lovely. Thank you for your support at the very worst time for us.”

“What a lovely venue. The room was comfortable and warm for such a cold day. The atmosphere was perfect and everything was well managed. I would recommend it to anyone who lives in the Rhyl area. I just wish our local crematorium at Eccles was as nice.”

“All arrangements were fine except the Waiting Room was freezing cold. It would have helped if the heaters had been turned on. The setting, location and organisation were otherwise excellent. All arrangements were made by the Funeral Directors. I did not communicate with the company at any point.”

“We were impressed with the surroundings and comfort. Good car parking space. Entrance sign from road is obscured and should be cleared. Access to the toilet block was poor. Locked and not accessible when we arrived.”
