“Mum’s cremation service ran smoothly and reflected her wishes closely. We never felt rushed and the whole event was a celebration of her long life. The additional webcast link was good and enabled those unable to be there to feel part of the day.”

“We were very happy with the service. The chapel and grounds are beautiful, much nicer than other crematorium in the area and less expensive. The only issue was the curtain rail hid the projection of photos on the wall above it. There were public conveniences in the grounds which were immaculately clean. Overall, I think Mum would have approved as it was light, airy and fresh. We also loved the colour of the lighting around the room as we were able to choose.”

“Family seating was a let down. 7 of us in the funeral car but only 6 seats available at front left, reserved for family. I asked the celebrant when I met her in my home if we would all fit in and she said yes. I asked again in the foyer and was told yes. This was very upsetting as the daughter of the deceased was ushered to the right hand side of seats. We had to have a shuffle around as I insisted that she sat in the family seating. This then left my 12yr old distraught granddaughter moved to the right hand side. This spoilt the whole ceremony.”

“A very peaceful venue,excellent seeating arrangements in the main area Unfortunately the microphone was not working so no one was able to hear the words said on behalf of a loved father and grandfather.This was very very disappointing. I have been to 3 other funerals here and the same problem occurred. Afterwards there were many elderly people wishing to speak to the bereaved family,myself included as I'm almost 90 years old,so some seating at the exit woul have been appreciated.”

“Been to a lot of services here , nice toilet block with plenty of parking ...your only get about a 30 minute service at most and there probably be another cremation pulling in as your leaving they seem to do up to a eight a day but would recommend them.”

“Nothing was an issue. Dealt with compassion and empathy. Only thing when we came out of the service for Dad others were mingling in the area for the next funeral. Maybe a sign to say to wait in a specific area.”

“Very calm and beautiful surroundings. Service was most memorable. Only marred by being charged extra(£25.00). for over submission of pictures that were displayed during service . We were told by Funeral directors that I could submit 25 or there abouts downloadable pictures ,I was not informed of a penalty cist albeit there were only about 30 to 32 pictures supplied”
