“As far as my limited experience can tell, the service provided at my husband's funeral was faultless. There was no attempt to rush the party, the seating was adequate and outside the facilities were for those attending were roomy and pleasant.”

“The venue, was so easy to get to, so quiet and a beautiful country setting for our devoted Mum's last resting place, we especially liked the couches for us as a family of 9 could all sit together. We had musical tribute on TV screen and our funeral directors were especially respectful. Thank you from the F family - a beautiful ceremony.”

“From the time we entered the estate to the moment we left the service was very good. The grounds were well kept, the chapel clean and tidy and the staff helpful and courteous. At a time when families are grieving, the service provided makes all the difference and it did! Thank you.”

“The Crematorium is presented very well. The service went very well. Due to the large number of mourners the chaple was full and as it took such a long time for everyone to file out, we were very rushed to move out for the next sercice. I know this is not realy your problem but a little more time inbetween services would help make the experience more personal.”

“We wanted something slightly out of the norm but we were accommodated. All the staff were so supportive and I felt really ‘embraced’ by Steve & Debbie during what was a very difficult time. The 2 VTs were perfect and turned around promptly so we could use them the next week for the church thanksgiving service. We took time to walk around the garden of i before we made our way back to the car which was a welcome period of reflection and calm. Thank you all.”

“The North Hertfordshire Memorial Park and Crematorium is a lovely place to hold the funeral of your loved one. It is a modern, purpose built facility that provides a dignified but comfortable environment for these sad but important events. The acoustics are good and the opportunities to share photographs, favourite music and memories are all available to create the atmosphere you desire, the staff are experts and help you every step of the way. The opportunity to share the event with those that cannot attend is facilitated by a webcast service. We took advantage of it all to give our Mum the best farewell, thank you to everuyone who helped us achieve this at a very difficult time in our lives.”
