“The kits and other products are well priced but the delivery time was poor. It was clear the courier had not received my parcel yet Love Brewing said they had. Took well over a week to be delivered and may dissuade me from ordering again.”

“It was easy to order, the prices were good. They dispatched the order promptly, unfortunately it was delivered late, but that was not Lovebrewing's fault, but that of the carrier. We are just nearing the bottling stage, and everything seems to be going smoothly. My only disappointment, is that for living in the Highlands and Islands, we are charged a surplus for delivery. I do wish companies would investigate, before jumping on the band wagon to make extra money from it's Northern customers. Yes there are a lot of remote places, and quite a few islands. But we are on the mainland, at the end of a fairly major road, with lorries, transporting goods, day and night directly to Inverness. They then continue on to Elgin and Aberdeen, where there are no excess charges. Bearing in mind that a transport company, charges £6 a pallet, the excessive amount charged to the customer is a disgrace.”
