“Hi, I have always used love brewing for all my brewing orders and needs, including the tutorial videos. the delivery has always been prompt and in great condition. Sadly this time the Still that I ordered is actually faulty and leaks from a part of the condensing column, I was concerned about this and sent an email to the info@lovebrewing.co.uk. To my shock and amazement, I received a reply from Richard in 4 minutes dealing with my issue and offering to replace the item at my convenience, allowing time for my washes to be consumed and so on. Without sharing the email thread you cant get the full picture. But to summarise the customer service received, being the first time I have had to use it has been exceptional. I will certainly continue to use and recommend Love Brewing. Thank you. Kind Regards Dean.”
