“No problems with orders during Covid crisis. Videos on how to use the equipment good - there is a lot of info in them so you may have to go in and rewatch them a couple of times. Any addons to the basic kits you have bought they have got. If you're new to distilling/brewing or whatever, you follow their instructions and don't cut corners, you get what you bought the equipment for in the first place”
