“Bought three wine starter kits for different family members during the lockdown. I did a lot of research, and these were the best kits for the price anywhere. They come with a quality wide top fermenter and the concentrate seems to be of a really good quality too. Their delivery times, considering the pandemic situation were really quick: 2-3 days. I have contacted the company for advice and their responses have been amazing, answering my emiail queries within minutes and on some occasions, seconds. This company understands the meaning of customer service.”
