“Generally happy although I bought a plastic tap for my brew bin which snapped immediately. NOT happy about that but with Covid pressures etc forgot to chase it up with you. You will find it in my purchase history. Must have had a weakness in the plastic handle bit as never had the issue before”

“This is the second time in a few weeks that I've used this company having taken up wine making again since 1984 owing to a huge abundance of wine grapes. “I had a minor query with the lids of two fermentation buckets I bought. Holes were slightly big. Both lids were replaced free of charge, super quick. Marry that to good prices and excellent delivery times then this supplier evolves as hard to beat. Regards Brian H”
