“Wusthof knives arrived and struggle to cut a carrot they are so blunt. These are supposed to be one of the sharpest knives on the market and I have a kitchen devil knife costing £5 that does a better job out of its packet. Are these knives fake I have to ask myself.”

“I paid the higher delivery price because it was essential the knife arrived within 2 days to be used at a specific event, however it arrived one week late - by which time I did not need it. So I then had to waste a considerable amount of time arranging a return and refund. This was not easy and required requests to be sent to find the correct process. A lot of time was wasted for nothing.”

“Quality awful, knives wobble at the handle, where they are not fixed properly. Blunt within a few uses. Had them 2 weeks, will be returning soon”

“I required one set of Cast Iron frying pans but received two even though I informed them of the strange experienced when ordering. Still after 3 weeks no refund although the unwanted second set has been returned using their return address label. Will leave the review as it is until I have my refund”

“I have been trying to avoid big companies like Amazon and finding smaller companies to buy from. I was horrified to receive my package from you in a Amazon box very disappointing does your company have any moral values? I would like to know what they are, I would also like a refund. I don’t want to fund billionaires and you took my choice away!”
