“Delivery was fast and everything was packaged well. The knife set I ordered is very good except that the "wooden" effect on the handles has started to come off. I have been very careful not to leave them in water so they have done this through every day use.”

“Great products, but delivery confused us as it was done by Amazon, and as we hadn't ordered anything from Amazon, we thought that the notification was spam, so were not in when the package arrived. Please advise your customers of who will be doing the delivery.”

“Very happy with end products. One product came defect, but manufacturers were very quick to reply and address by shipping new product. Waiting for new product to arrive. But the other two set pieces, very happy with them whilst cooking. Good quality. Thank you very much.”
