“I ordered a pen knife for my nephews 17th Birthday early November and it’s now January and it has still not arrived! In December I received an email from the company saying they experiencing delays with postage. Terrible service. I would not use this company again. Now attempting to get a refund. They haven’t even contacted me!”

“Extremely poor customer service. My order took more than 6 weeks and multiple emails on my behalf to be delivered. I kept asking for a status update only to be told that there was a “problem” with my order and that some kind of confirmation was needed from the shipping department. I asked to at least be compensated for the delivery charge given the lateness and this was approved, but I also asked for a discount on my purchase because of how late the order arrived, but this was rejected which I found rather shocking. Then as the icing on the cake, one of the pans I ordered arrived damaged. On the whole, terrible experience, I will never shop here again.”

“After preseaoning the pans 4 times everything we cooked stuck and now they are rusty as hell. We have used cast iron pans for 30yrs or so and these are the worst.”

“thought quality would be better,i orderd the set with what i thoght was wooden hndles,turns out the plastic wood effect(not in descripion) and lots of parts on handle have no wood effect like been missed.Also very surprised they came blunt so need to sharpen but round sharpner included rubbish so having to buy sharpening stone so all in all wouldnt recommend £30 for knives that are not very good”

“Damaged knife. No way of contacting them. Sent numerous emails of which had no response. No phone number to call them. Live chat does not work. Not happy at all. Customer service is non existant. Avoid at all costs.”

“Ordered three victorinox knives instead received three pouches. These were promptly returned. It is over two weeks now and there is no refund as yet but items returned acknowledged as having been received. Matter has been escalated to Paypal”

Ordered a knife and received the dispatch email the next day Tracking info shows the item was never actually even received by Royal Mail from Koch & Köchin, and a month later I still have not been sent the item or had my order refunded Will absolutely not be buying again”

“Haven’t received my knife yet although due to be delivered 2 days ago. Emailed customer services who have replied promptly and are looking into it with the dispatch department. Can’t comment on quality of product due to this.”

“Hi I purchased a Koch & Köchin 5-Piece Copper Knife Set Block for 29.99 however I recieved an Amazon package of Nuovva Knife set which is priced at 24.99 on Amazon. This is just misleading and cheating us. The image on the box does not match the image on your website and we can surely take this up with Citizens advice as either Counterfeit or fake and will be reporting your website to the Trading Standards. I was also promised a refund after raising the above concern and I’ve not heard anything back from the support team! I would suggest you to stop cheating people before asking for reviews!!”
