“I have been trying to obtain a return for my knife. All to no avail..”

“I ordered a victrinox pastry knife and received a steel instead, you now expect me to go to the trouble of printing labels sending it back! Why should I! You charged me for delivery for a knife worth £25. I’m not waiting any longer, I’m a chef and needed and still need that knife so I’m calling the bank, reporting you for fraud and getting back my money.”

“won’t be buying from you guys again. had to chase up my delivery countless times and i felt like if i hadn’t, i never would have received my items. some kind of a scam in sheep’s clothing perhaps? shocking customer service and all round business model”

“Only one knife out of five delivered No live chat on website. No response to emails. Very poor customer service. Knife that did arrive quickly is an excellent product. Still waiting for other delivery after three weeks.”

“Terrible service. I paid for express delivery but the item did not arrive until the day after the express delivery I had paid for which meant the item was late. On emailing the company about this they never acknowledged the lateness and kept saying it was due to arrive that day, which meant it was late. The item eventually arrived but had to be collected from the post office as I was not in for delivery because it was a day late and the box was damaged. I had no choice but to keep the time because it was already late and a birthday present. Terrible service, would not recommend.”

“Terrible customer service. Product photos on the website showed the item in original box (it was purchased as a gift), but it arrived in a flimsy plastic sleeve with scuff marks. By the time I got a response it was too late to rectify before christmas. After five emails I was eventually offered a £3 refund to cover the cost of sourcing a gift box, which didn't seem like much compensation but in the circumstances I accepted. However, unfortunately I never received the partial refund one month later, and to be honest it just isn't worth pursuing further, so I would simply never order from Koch & Kochin again!”

“First order didn’t arrive, replacement item came without Christmas gift receipt and box is marked and torn. Looks used and looks awful giving this to someone for a gift. Ordered 30th November finally got poor condition item on 15th December. Order elsewhere”
