“I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Koch & Köchin. I noticed immediately after placing my order that the delivery address was incorrect, so I contacted customer service right away to correct it. Their response? They claimed the order had already been sent out—five days later! To make matters worse, they offered no meaningful solutions, leaving me unable to update the address. As a result, I had to waste an entire day trying to fix a mistake that could have been easily avoided if they had acted promptly. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. It feels like they don’t care about their customers or the hassle their inefficiency causes. I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“I emailed to ask to return the knife set I had ordered, as the knives were not very good quality, and not very sharp. I didn't receive any feedback or a return label. Very shabby service.”

“I ordered a set of 15 cookware when it arrived it was the wrong item it was the set of 8. I sent them an email and they said someone would come and collect it so I can get my set that I ordered sent out to me. They asked me to confirm this and I did and they have not been in touch since I have since sent another email and all I got Is an email asking me to give them a review. TERRIBLE”

“To be honest Very good sales techniques People don’t read , they buy with their eyes Got totally hood winked on the size of them , The picture was very misleading!!! I can’t dispute the quality, but the price for a small item , doesn’t no way mean value for money”

“I ordered and paid for copper pans as advertised, I received cheap aluminium pans with a copper coulered outer coating. Nothing like what was advertised. If you want proper copper pans go to a reputable company and not this cowboy outfit.”

“Order was lost by Amazon Logistics, but no response at all from Koch & Köchin to e-mails. Have had to raise a case through PayPal but so far still no response from seller. Do not buy from this seller!”

“Sadly we had to send it back due me ordering the wrong product. we tried to obtain the QR code with no luck so i returned to the address that was on the box.I paid £17.00 pounds postage and still waiting for a refund plus the £17.00 pound postage which is a total of £47.00! I know you have received the parcel as i had proof of delivery and it was signed for by someone called Harry!”

“Never received my order, has been emailing the company, sending forms, messages on instagram and Facebook and getting ignored everywhere. Ordered a nice set of pans for the new house over a month ago and no delivery, no contact nothing. Took the money and not responding. Clearly a scam.”

“I purchased two cast iron frying pans. An empty cardboard box arrived with a royal mail letter inside. Upon speaking with Royal Mail the box was posted empty and they had informed Koch & Kochin about this with an incident number. I have emailed Koch & Kochin twice and had no response. Currently thinking they are scammers and will be contacting my bank.”
