“I ordered a knife block set as a house warming present for our Grandson and he is extremely happy with it. However on the same order there was a cast iron skillet pan which was not delivered. I have emailed the customer service center on 4 different occasions and have never received any acknowledgement to this issue.”

“The order was not shipped. I had to follow up a month later. Then they responded quickly. But the import tax fee is $45. This expense was not disclosed. Shoppers be aware if you are shipping to America. I’m still waiting for my refund. This whole process has taken 2 months.”

“Very disappointed, I was sent wrong knives, I opted for pick up, no pick up! I emailed 5 times no reply. I then asked for a refund label, I was told no free return, I emailed twice again, finally sent a free return label. O asked them to send me the reference number so I can return, no reply, just asked to fill in a review! Needless to say I am appalled at the customer service I have received! There is no phone number to call!”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing – don’t waste your money I bought this cookware set for my daughter, who doesn’t cook very often, and she chose the white version. At first the price seemed good, but the quality is extremely poor. The included utensils (spoon, ladle, skimmer, etc.) are made of such soft plastic that they are completely useless – they bend instead of flipping food. Honestly, they feel like toys rather than real kitchen tools. I had to throw them away after the first try. The cookware itself is no better. Scratches and stains appeared almost immediately, and the pans have uneven surfaces that cause food to burn in the middle. Very frustrating and disappointing. I really regret falling for the “German quality” marketing – in reality it’s the opposite. I absolutely do not recommend this set. Save your money and buy something better.”

“We are very unhappy with the quality of the pans as soon as you put on a high heat the not stick is non existent in the middle of the pan this was for all of them bar the griddle pan. I tried everything from gradual heating but as soon as any heat in the food back to sticking. Shame because we love the knife set and the look of everything .”

“Very annoyed. Goods arrived promptly but their 30 day free returns policy did not work. In spite of several emails, the automated support link sent me in a loop. I have still not received a returns label and am out of time. I will NOT be recommending.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Koch & Köchin. I noticed immediately after placing my order that the delivery address was incorrect, so I contacted customer service right away to correct it. Their response? They claimed the order had already been sent out—five days later! To make matters worse, they offered no meaningful solutions, leaving me unable to update the address. As a result, I had to waste an entire day trying to fix a mistake that could have been easily avoided if they had acted promptly. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. It feels like they don’t care about their customers or the hassle their inefficiency causes. I won’t be ordering from them again.”
