“The advert for this knife never mentioned it was stainless steel it just said high carbon steel so I purchased it. I don't buy stainless knives they do not take or retain an edge.However being as how I have destroyed the original packaging I suppose I'll have to put up with it!”

“The pots came all bent out of shape and they are so light and bendy. They scratch easily and if you dont scourer clean them they get discoloured. Not worth the price”

“I ordered a 35 piece kitchen pans set in cream and the 35 piece utensils set in cream , the pan set turned up and it was in black completely different from what i ordered. I now have miss matched utensils as they did arrive in the right colour, I have just moved into a new property so had no choice to keep the wrong colour set or i would have been stuck with no pans to cook with.”

“You sent me a completely different set of pans to the ones I ordered.I have tried contacting you for a refund as they were a gift for my friend whom I was visiting.We were very disappointed and I had to go out and buy some pans so we could cook in their new place.Please can you help me resolve this matter as I am out of pocket now.Thankyou”

“The knifes are great to chop with however after just a few times using them the blades are going rusty, may be a dodgy batch. I have emailed to complain about this however I’m still waiting on a response”

“very diappointed ,used twice needssharpening/not the quality steel for an exspensive knife/similar one in morrisons at 7.99. mi have cheap spanish kitchen that have kept sharp for months/wwould never buy this knife again.if only i could get my money back”

“Ordered myself a Victorinox Midnight Manager to replace one that I've had about 20 years and is starting to fall apart. Item arrived promptly but was very disappointed to find that I could not get the light function to operate. Told Koch&Kochin who sent me instructions on how to operate it (which I already knew because I had an older version of the same) then sent me a label to return it. So I have returned it and am still waiting for an update......”

“I bought Nuovva pre-seasoned cast iron pot 24cm, that should have the capacity of 4,7l but it actually holds just about 4l. I complained and they told me that they measure everything and that capacity of this pot is 4,7l but I poured water in it 3 times just to be sure and it's not 4,7l. Also I bougt a set of kitchen knives rhat should be in a nice gift box and they weren't and they also didn't comment on that. But they did offer a refund and I returned the items and all went smooth.”
