“Poor quality, rusted as soon as I washed them as advised in instructions. Tried to contact by sending an email which was ignored.”

“I ordered a Wusthof Classic 8" cook knife. I appreciate that the knife was delivered and arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the knife was not as sharp as I expected. In fact, it was much blunt than my Zwilling Professional S. And it became worse after 2 days of use that I can't help to sharpen it.... I was really disappointed for a knife at this price... Is it a really old stock that got blunt during the process of storage? Is it because of the poor QC from Wusthof? Is it even a fake Wusthof? I don't know...All I know is I cannot return the product for refund as one of the refund conditions is that the product must be "unopened and unused". But if you don't open and try it, how do you know it is faulty?”

“Absolute rubbish product, rusted after ONE use ,cast iron ,washed properly and dried to, completely unusable , contacted company through email and paypal, heard nothing back,waste of money. Be wary of anything cast iron,very disappointing”

“The knife arrived in open packaging in a house with children. This is completely unacceptable - the reason given was because the knife was posted “fro the warehouse’. I was completely shocked upon seeing a higher blade open on the floor. Customer service was very poor after the event and the lady didn’t seem to care at all regarding the situation.”

“We received our order promptly,opening the box we found the item to be broken. On informing the seller we seem to be the ones to prove the problem by being asked to provide photographic evidence to get them to provide a return label! The one star is given for the delivery.”

“There are only 18 containers in this pack of supposedly 36, the pictures are particularly deceiving. Don’t be fooled into buying these, a total rip off. I contacted customer service but have received no reply.”

“This review is entirely due to the delivery experience. The packaging of the chef knife was completely inappropriate - just a thin plastic covering, which the point of the blade had broken through and was sticking out from. The delivery of the knife was held up by at least a week at the local Royal Mail delivery office because it was unsafe to be delivered onwards to us. Staff at Royal Mail provided additional packaging to the product before delivering it to us. Not only was this dangerous, but the point of the blade was also damaged, it had slightly bent. The original packaging actually had some blood on it, presumably from handlers of the package before it had been re-secured. I have made this comment already directly to the company and received no response. Incredibly irresponsible, would not recommend.”

“Bought Koch-Chemie P1.03 Green Finish Polish to finish off a detail I was completing and although the products are priced very fairly I honestly didn't expect too much from an £18 bottle of finishing polish and I was right although to be fair this was by machine application....too much throw, the product was all over the rest of the vehicle!! initially, I thought I'd overused the product but no it's simply not for use with a rotary polisher, maybe a good hand application polish but it's not for me so on that note I wouldn't buy it again. Like every other manufacturer of detailing products sadly you have to buy a few frogs before you get a prince and this will never be a prince.”
