“Very happy with Kingfisher. They sent me the wrong insulating cover initially but very quickly fixed things without any quibbles. Actual humans answered the phone and dealt with the initial error promptly, so I'd say highly recommended.”

“I hadn't dealt with Kingfisher Direct before but needed to replace a traffic mirror which is vital as visibility from our drive is poor without it. Their price was very competitive so I ordered from them. The order was fulfilled promptly and was well packaged. The product is slightly lighter than our previous one but I do not see this affecting its life-expectancy in any way. The mirror itself is crystal clear with excellent optical quality. This was a domestic purchase so I don't think I will be a frequent customer but they are certainly on my 'approved suppliers' list!”

Hello, Thank you for your review. I've had a look into your order experience with us. You initially asked for an update on the delivery of your order and we replied the same day. Following delivery, you then enquired about the return of the item as you thought you may have ordered the wrong size. You forwarded your email three times in 30-90 minute increments, to which we replied the next working day. We advised you of the fees incurred to return your order and you chose not to proceed.
