Easy to assemble and put a liner in it. It's quite light and the description mentions it's designed to not easily tip over. I've had to put a weight at the bottom because it's already fallen over. It tends to want to fall at the wheel end. I've also backed it into a wall to stop this. I think the price is reasonable for the quality.

The company seems nice and is responsive to queries, but they're using an awful delivery company that don't provide any usable tracking details and are near impossible to contact (and they wont contact you either), so my overall experience has been bad. My order will be at minimum 2 days later than stated and a week after i placed my order.

There is no complaints on the product I purchased. Although I left instructions on posting (where to leave) if I was out. Instructions not followed.

Service was good, but had to ask for an invoice. I thought it would be just emailed direct to me like other online retailers do

I ordered four metres of heavy duty hose/ cable protector ramp. The online ordering process worked well and shipping and delivery were quickly completed which was great. However the four meters were supplied in one strip which was very tightly bound into a circular bundle approximately 1 metre across causing massive creasing and distortion to the protector. I am still trying (unsuccessfully) to get the creases out so it can lay flat and look like the product in the picture. If I had known that it was going to be so distorted I would have preferred it to be left flat and cut into 4x1 meter sections, or 2x2 meter sections. However the ordering system does not offer that option. A good product and service damaged by a thoughtless method of packing for shipment.

Only received part of my order and the half i did receive took longer than stated. What i did receive is of good quality.
