The IBC cover is made from strong material but the 2 velcro sections are glued instead of sewn on and are already falling apart.

Kingfisher have failed miserably at the first attempt. I have been dealing with Amazon for over 5 years, they always deliver. So I tried another company,”Kingfisher “ I ordered 2 small rubber seals, how hard can it be to deliver. Well very difficult, you got DPD to deliver you packages, well that a big no no. DPD modus operandi is to say “we tried to deliver but there was nobody home” but they never came to the address. I have a video camera on the gate, no van came 20 mins before or after the time they said they tried to deliver. If you had told me before I ordered that it was DPD i would have stayed with Amazon. I will not be promoting your company at all. You are a disaster, and your delivery company DPD are liars.

delivery time says 3-5 days delivery ordered Placed on 25 Mar 2025, 10:34:39 delivered 01/05/2025 shocking customer service. staff know they had no stock but website still saying 3/5 days delivery.

We still havnt received our order .Contact was made to the company regarding tracking the order ,they said they would look into our order and email back. I still have not heard anything.

I bouth a electric pallet truck 2 mounths ago and its just stop working after 1 months useing and i contact them for warranty becauce its come whit 1 years warranty but still im waiting for respond

I cannot review this product as we have not received it as yet. it was requested to be delivered between 9-3 MON-FRI. only to have it delivered after these times and over a weekend. so product has now been returned to Kingfisher whilst awaiting delivery again at a different address to ensure someone will be in as amazon is thir courier service.....

I can’t review the product I ordered because it hasn’t turned up yet ! But your delivery company is terrible . 3 days running someone’s waited in for schedule delivery and no one’s turned up !

An incorrect bin liner was delivered, I then ordered a replacement complete waste bin which has not yet come nor has the first item been collected as promised on Tuesday 1/8/23 J H Robinson Headlam Leisure Ltd DL2 3HA

Instead of waiting for DX to investigate and figure out where the replacements have gone, our team is dispatching three replacements for you today for delivery tomorrow. Already rung In to complain. Two items both damaged badly. Packaging was good so they must have been chucked around by delivery firm, assuming they were not packed already damaged.

Web site inefficient and no functional connectivity to other business activities such as accounts processing. Deficiencies resulted in my making a duplicate payment for the item processed which to their credit they identified promptly and stated that a refund of the 2nd payment would be made. 17 days later no sign of the refund. The ordered goods were received promptly.

Ordered a 5 tier plastic shelf which had a delivery of 3 working days. Two weeks later when it had not arrived i contacted kingfisher to chase up only to be told that it was out of stock. I will not be using them again.

Lid of box arrived damaged on Monday I instantly emailed with message and included a photo and mobile number It’s now Wednesday pm and I’ve heard nothing from Kingfisher.
