Hello, Thank you for your review. I've had a look into your order experience with us. You initially asked for an update on the delivery of your order and we replied the same day. Following delivery, you then enquired about the return of the item as you thought you may have ordered the wrong size. You forwarded your email three times in 30-90 minute increments, to which we replied the next working day. We advised you of the fees incurred to return your order and you chose not to proceed. I'm ever so sorry if you feel we did not assist you in a timely manner. For any future enquiries, our phone lines are open from 7.00am to 6.00pm.
