Thank you very much for your review. I'm ever so sorry that your order wasn't fulfilled. The courier we booked with delivered to an incorrect address and, by the time we were made aware, you had requested cancellation and a full refund. “Approached kingfisher Direct to help us out of a problem by getting the goods fast and as required, guy on phone was accomodating and very helpful, they went out of there normal work procedures to sort out and we got the problem solved the very next day, quality kit quality service.”
