“We got the container and are very pleased with it. Would have got a 5, but the pedal bin mechanism is very difficult to assemble without brute strength. The rest was easy! Took a bit longer to arrive than we tgought.”

Hello Edward, thank you for your review. I've had a quick look and our estimated timeframe for delivery for these bins is 7-14 working days, as advertised on our website. These units are made to order and sadly, our review system isn't sophisticated enough to know exactly when an order has been delivered and an automated email is sent out after a few days of receipt of payment.
