“Product (loft hatch) arrived well ahead of predicted date, well-packaged and in good condition (one small transit ding to the insulation on the hatch, but nothing worth complaining about). As a DIYer, about the only point I feel could have been better is that no installation instructions were included. Web video was useful, but one point in particular could have done to have been stressed. And I had to go back to the product details on the website to verify the correct opening size to construct. Actual installation was easy enough, but I hit a problem that I had to figure out for myself, with a couple of the screws initially fouling the hatch and preventing it opening once closed. There's nothing unreasonable in that; if I can't figure something out, I probably shouldn't be doing it. But it could simply have been just that bit better. I'm going to need to add a ladder at some point, but I must admit I'm a little nervous at the idea of possibly having to figure the installation details out for myself again.”

“Sent multi emails to their sales team for advise and support and nothing was ever too much trouble, they responded quickly and were very informative. Hatch arrived in good time, excellent service, let's hope the after service will be the same if ever need it ??”

“Product was perfect fit and as described. It arrived early and well packaged to avoid those annoying scratches and chips you can get on powder coated products in the mail. Only thing I would say is the reduction of 5mm was not needed in my case and has given me a hairline gap with the new plaster work and the loft hatch. With careful management of the installation I have made it less noticeable.”

“Needed a loft hatch that was lagged and draft sealed. Found this on Google and thought I would try the bespoke item. It has worked brilliantly. When measuring up in addition to leaving a 5mm room for adjustment it is worth checking that the loft opening is square! I had to plane and chisel one side of the opening to make sure the hatch fitted.”

“I ordered a made to measure loft hatch from Jupiter. It arrived on time well packaged and was to the exact size. Perfect. Worth the money. Excellent all round service.”

“We were most impressed with the loft hatch. It came on time although the box was very damaged and we were concerned the hatch would be but the packaging was perfect. The only reason we have not given this a 5 star rating is because we would have liked an update when the item was out for delivery.”
