“I ordered a bespoke loft hatch to replace an ill fitting wooden one. The ordering process was very simple and details of the loft hatch and how to filt it were very clear. The product arrived in a large box and was very well padded to ensure no scratches etc. It was a perfect replacement and fitted really well, there are no gaps as the seal around was perfect. The old hatch 'leaked light all around it, i am more than happy with the quality, price and delivery of this product and would definitely recommend Jupiter Blue. One minor niggle - the "free opening pole worth ?21.60p". I doubt very much that it is worth this price. I was going to order a 2nd pole, but not at that price! It may be a good idea to remove the "worth ?21.60p" part of this sentence. Otherwise an excellent product for an excellent price delivered very quickly. Well done Jupiter Blue”

“Well. I have been looking to sort out my loft hatch for some time. Having looked online I came across this website, which offered a bespoke option to my needs . I followed the instructions regarding dimensions, etc., and placed the order. Upon receiving the product, I couldn't be more appreciative of the quality, finish, how it looks and ease of operation. Easy transaction, great product and good customer engagement.”

“I ordered a made-to-measure insulated loft hatch, a long-overdue replacement for an ill-fitting wooden panel. Delivery was even faster than expected and it arrived securely packed and undamaged. The installation instructions advised that it was a two person job and gave no details but I devised a way to fit it (during Covid) without assistance, other than my wife (78) steadying the hatch door for a moment. The trick was to remove the hinge pin so the frame could be presented to the opening for marking and pre-drilling the screw holes. Removal, reassembly and final fitting was then easy. The fit was perfect and it looks good.”

“Found the website to be well laid out and easy to use. A query over my purchase was handled efficiently by email and phone. The product was delivered on time. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my item, but the matter was dealt with very helpfully and efficiently and resulted in a replacement being sent. Got there in the end and now very please with my new loft ladder!”

“Well made & insulated hatch - fitted exactly and pretty easy to install, good packaging ensured it arrived in perfect condition. Good fit & finish means it looks a whole lot better than my heavy old wooden hatch and much better insulated. Latch is a bit crude but does the job”
