“Easy to deal with, fairly priced and do exactly what they say on the tin! The customer service is exceptional and the packaging of the products is a masterclass in how it should be done. I ordered a 85cm x 120cm loft hatch. Something that large and heavy could so easily be damaged during shipping; given the way it was packaged, safe delivery was never in doubt! What a pleasant surprise!”

“I bought the OKP 3 section folding loft ladder and loft hatch combined. Looks nice on the ceiling, blends in well with my ceiling. My mate is a carpenter and it took the wo of us too install the hatch. Installation went well, no problems. I saw one review by someone claiming to have no experience with DIY and saying it was easy to install. I'm experienced with all kinds of building work and I cannot believe that. Get a carpenter in. Gave it 5 stars not just because it looks good but also the ease of ordering and swift delivery.”

“Got the Product. All good. Did specifically ask for the delivery driver not to leave with neighbours on the checkout. Hatch was left next door. Have our reasons for not wanting this to happen. Also product was scuffed in places”

“I bought a bespoke attic hatch and ladder and was absolutely satisfied with the product and service. The hatch was of very good quality and easily fitted by 2 people. I chose the option with the 50mm lip as, whilst measuring before ordering, I noticed that my attic hatch was slightly narrower on one side (by approx. 5mm). I ordered for the more narrow measure. The 50mm lip masked the imperfection. Very happy customer!”
