“I ordered a metal loft hatch. There was a slight issue with paint on the lock but contacted Jupiter and the after service was absolutely superb. Helen was very quick to respond, lock issue solved straight away with fast friendly customer care. Very happy with loft hatch, excellent quality and excellent customer service. Will definitely order again, well done Jupiter blue.”

“Delivery in less than 24 hours to North Cornwall. Can't fault the service. Very pleased with the loft ladder. Easy to install and very good result. Four bolts lock it securely in place. Very easy to stow away. No problems whatsoever. Oh, and very good price. Thoroughly recommend this company.”
