“I bought the OKP 3 section folding loft ladder and loft hatch combined. Looks nice on the ceiling, blends in well with my ceiling. My mate is a carpenter and it took the wo of us too install the hatch. Installation went well, no problems. I saw one review by someone claiming to have no experience with DIY and saying it was easy to install. I'm experienced with all kinds of building work and I cannot believe that. Get a carpenter in. Gave it 5 stars not just because it looks good but also the ease of ordering and swift delivery.”

“Got the Product. All good. Did specifically ask for the delivery driver not to leave with neighbours on the checkout. Hatch was left next door. Have our reasons for not wanting this to happen. Also product was scuffed in places”

“I bought a bespoke attic hatch and ladder and was absolutely satisfied with the product and service. The hatch was of very good quality and easily fitted by 2 people. I chose the option with the 50mm lip as, whilst measuring before ordering, I noticed that my attic hatch was slightly narrower on one side (by approx. 5mm). I ordered for the more narrow measure. The 50mm lip masked the imperfection. Very happy customer!”

“Service delivery and ordering was goodbut the access panel door was let down by a poor quality /flimsy plastic lock cover. This plastic cover will snap after several uses or will go brittle and snap over a short time. Also there were no side fixing points for the panel which meant additional joinery work to fit top and bottom fixing rails. As many of these panels will be fitted between existing vertical timber studs side fixing holes would make the job much easier.”
