“Purchased hatch and ladder but after at least 5 months of sitting in garage I finally fitted them. But realised there was no key for the hatch, so a couple of emails to Jupiter Blue who found my order and offered to send me the key. I opted to purchase the 1m long pole (at a discounted price) as I have high ceiling and had purchased hatch and ladder. I would like to say customer service was excellent. This should be the benchmark for all companies. Special thanks to Emma who felt with my query.”

“Very pleased with custom-made loft hatch; fitted last weekend and it looks dso very much better than the cover we had over the hatch previously. If I hear of anyone I know needing a loft hatch I will certainly recommend Jupiter blue, many thanks for such a good quality product.”

“Excellent loft hatch, literally took minutes to remove the old and put in this new one. Made an opening tool from a piece of dowel with a grove cut in the end, works a treat”

“I have been using Jupiter Blue for a while now and am impressed with the professionalism of the company. The office are always on hand to discuss, if required and nothing is too much trouble. The hatches are the best I have ever used. Look fantastic and easy to install. I highly recommend.”

“Thanks guys. We purchased a made to measure loft hatch door. All okay with order and delivery. Just three minor issues. 1/ No instruction leaflet inside, although fitting all obvious to a knowledgable fitter. 2/ Insulation/aluminium foil damaged by latch that closes the door. Surely there should be a protective sleeve around latch? 3/ The hinge system requires updating. There is a need to put split grummets between the frame and the door to avoid the door moving laterally from side to side. That is, there is too much play in the gap resulting in the frame securing screw being hit by the door.”

“Very pleased with Loft Hatch product. Fits very well based on the engineering to the dimensions provided. Loft opening pole, screws and instructions did not arrive with the product and had to make two phone calls to obtain all these items. These arrive eith the next day or emailed the same day. This didn't delay the installation nor detract from the excellent experience of the purchase or quality of the product. Coordination between despatch sites is suggested. Overall extremely pleased so far. Thank you.”
