Partly my fault - as I had not realised delivery was 28 days I felt the I got when trying to call 0161 848 1100 (c:11:10 on 03/11) was genuinely shocking. I got as far as saying my name and the first 2 digits of the order number and was interupted by the agent shouting at me to say I was dialing the wrong number. I explained that I was dialling the number on the website - only to be interupted to be told that i had dialled the wrong number, and I had already been told this. Apparently the order I had placed counts as a wholesale order and I needed to call 0161 848 1124 I reied asking the agent how I was expected to know this, but she had hung up. I spoke to Janine on 0161 841124, to be fair she was great - but after previous experience I felt compelled to cancel the order. I tried to contact via WhatsApp as suggest on website - but took 30 mins for a response, by which time I had already given up and phoned - as the message was showing unread after 20 mins. I tried to self service via the website - which I had registered for. This morning I did a password reset and was then able to login using the new password. On returning later today I cannot login. I have tried further password resets, but they are not triggering the necessary emails from J Parkers . I raised this issue via Whatsapp - but as of writing this is remains unresolved. Overall - not a satisfactory experience. I will not be using J Parkers again DH

I ordered 30 primulas and I will be fortunate if 12 survive they were in such a poor condition. They are in the greenhouse at the moment. Also the three salvias were squashed underneath the primulas

Some of the bulbs this year was really poor had to throw away, may not order next year upset with quality of bulbs (not as usual perfect quality)

While the quality of the items ordered and so far received are of good quality the delivery time is far too long. I am still waiting for the remainder of my order.

I have ordered several times from Parkers. The bulbs are always late and I have had to chase. This year I got my orders in early to try and combat this (August and then September). I was told 28 days max for delivery but had to chase the August delivery after 6 weeks and have just chased the second delivery after more than a month of waiting with no contact. Products are okay, not great and I'm just fed up with the appalling customer service and receiving stale old bulbs that have started to sprout and sometimes mouldy.

Hi Anonymous. Thank you for your review and please accept our sincere apologies for the poor experience on this occasion. Due to weather conditions in Holland bulbs have been very late being lifted and dried which has had a knock on effect throughout the whole industry as this has resulted in later than usual deliveries so this does unfortunately knock on to our customers. I note your comments regarding the quality of the bulbs which are supplied fresh to us each season and I am sure our customer service team will resolve the issue for you. Mid-September I ordered and paid for 3x9cm potted plants (available from end of September) - still not arrived and I'm not happy, 3 x bare roots (not available until after November) - no problem, and a packet of seeds - received, fine. Very poor communication, no information until I texted, then called and found out that the potted plants are still with the grower and no idea of when Parker's will have them in. Not a very polite gentleman on the phone and when I called again to ask about of the postage I am told the refund will not include the postage of £4.99 even though I have only received a packet of seeds (normal postage for seeds only is £2.49). Not impressed. I hope they will make a better job of arranging the refund. I will not be ordering from Parker's again.

As no order details have been included in your review I am unable to comment on your order but I can advise that we send orders out in date rotation so earlier orders with the same delivery information as From end of September will receive their orders first as all our customers are important to us. Because of the nature of these products and other factors we cannot be date specific for deliveries but we do receive plants and bulbs from the growers on an almost daily basis. Bought 33 plants and only got 8 out of them, as the rest were dead. Your pickers should pay more attention, to what they are packing.

MANY PLANTS BROKEN WHERE THEY HAD BEEN FOLDED TO FIT THEM INTO BOX . CAN ONLY SAY I WAS DISAPOINTED.

I am sorry to give this review. Tiny viola plugs were droopy but alive when unpacked. I immediately opened them, a drop of water and put in my greenhouse ready to pot on. 2 days later, they have shrivelled up and dued

Flowers took a long time to arrive, 40% were dead, and they still are two weeks later, even after close attention from me.

still waiting for plants that should have been delivered weeks ago. plants do not always arrive in good condition. plants are cheaper than local nurseries

Order was delivered, but as I was not at home the package was placed in a recycle bin, which was then collected by the local council team. Not Parker's fault, just one of those things that can happen.

Having purchased from you last year and had some problems with damage to the plants, I decided to give you another try. Unfortunately this year the primroses arrived quite wet and since transplanting have in fact rotted off despite no additional watering. Disappointing as have now lost 15 of them.
