Last year i ordered chrysthimums and they arrived so late only a few gave any flowers this year I have ordered a few mums as yet not arrived and also 6 tomatoes that have arrived but are a very sorry state very spindaly and one just keeled over. Wont be using Parkers again. I my experience never on time . jkimber

Poor packaging and handling had damaged some of the plants and Grasses did appear dead. Appreciate that they all needed potting on and hopefully would recover so waited a few weeks. No joy and in fairness replacements were sent but they too arrived damaged and waiting to see if they recover. Refund issued for a Passiflora as both original and replacement were not salvageable. None of the plants will end up looking like the pictures on the website and certainly not this year as was hoped and will need to purchase more from a garden centre. Perhaps 2 or 3 out of 12 will be of an acceptable size and show after a couple of seasons. First and last time of using an online supplier.

Why can’t you deliver to Northern Ireland BIG part of United Kingdom exactly same postal rates and normal delivery company costs. Plants arriving at my house daily from England. So others don’t have a problem

I ordered 3 phlox subulate snowflake (packs) The arrived in very poor condition at least 3 of the plants were completely dead. I have had no response from Parkers

The plant we ordered was very poor when it arrived so we followed your instructions of what to do when the plant arrived and then planted it as instructed, however the plant looks pathetic and it will be a miricle if if suvives, no more orders from us

Totally dissatisfied with my order my plants came pot bound and in a poor condition photo’s have been taken. But will not up load to your site what are you going to do?

Hi Graham Thank you for your review and I am sorry to learn of your disappointment with your order. It is normal for perennials not to look their best at this stage as last years foliage is not removed as this can affect the newly growing roots. If the modules have arrived with lots of roots it does mean they are raring to go and have strong root systems which have been checked prior to packing, therefore, we advise to plant them up directly into the garden or in to a larger pot if preferred and advise further in the unlikely event they fail to come through with new growth in the next 2-3 weeks. This year I had to replace two moment in time roses which I bought from you two years ago . The two replacements roses were awful brown and dead on arrival last month. I have put them in pots but there is no sign of life. I am extremely disappointed as I spent over £100 on roses in memor of our two dogs who lived here all there lives . Had 2 lots of flowers this year bot both very poor specimens and insisted on a refund of the nemesia which were just small lumps of soil with a dead bit of greenery hanging out. Abso,utely disgusting and will never order anything else from them

Really disappointing. It looks like I’ve been sent 3 twigs, not like the photos at all. Just disappointing from the obvious over selling on this site.

Very disappointed in your customer service. I have responded to your customer enquiry form and received a ‘Ticket Number’ I have also followed up with 3 or 4 emails all of which I have had no reply from you. I have sent photos of the dead plants and having read through a lot of the reviews it would appear there are quite a few disappointed customers.

I ordered from QVC 5 plants, they weren't cheap but OK. When they arrived only 4 were alive. When I contacted J Parkers with the photos of a nothing compared to the other 4 they said the roots look good., should be ok. What a bad response, it won't be OK at all, completely dead.

I ordered bulbs from Parkersburg, which were left by the courier in a shed . I have no reason to look in shed as I had received no notification that anything had been delivered. It was over a month later when I found the bulbs. I rang Parkers an spoke to a very helpful telesales person who suggested I plant the bulbs and call at the end of April. This I did and spoke to an extremely unhelpful person who said I should take photos of the bulbs, which have not grown. She expkained this was necessary as it added a considerable amount of cost to the company and the phone call was ended. The bulbs are still on pots and have not grown, am I supposed to take the bulbs out and photo them or just take a photo of the pot. I have between the problematic order being placed , and calling Parkers to let them know if the. Bulbs grew ordered a 6 shrub offer, and they are all growing well. So it is with reluctance that I will not be using Parkers again as I found the last person I spoke to so incredibly brusque and unhelpful and request that my details are removed from the mailin list. Plants arrived half dead absolute rubbish! I was told by you to plant them anyway if they then die you will refund. Your customer service via email and WhatsApp is rubbish would not recommend to anyone and definitely will not purchase from Parkers again.

As our perennials are only just coming out of dormancy after such a long wet and until recently cold spring they do not look at their best, however they are checked prior to despatch and should have a healthy root system which is why we have asked you to plant them. Plants arrived with the stems snapped, tried to call customer service lots of times but no answer and kept getting cut off. So disappointed have only received a small part of my order, so t hold much hope for the other bits and so expensive, should have just gone to my local nursery. App wouldn’t allow me to upload a picture either!

I ordered three roses but I am very disappointed. One seems to be growing but the other two are showing no signs of life. I will not be ordering from you again
