Have ordered over many years and always found the plants to be good and as described. My concern this time is about delivery service. Not impressed with Evri delivery. No attempt to contact me. Could have overlooked the parcel where it was left making the contents unfit for purpose. Fortunately I spotted the parcel in a place it should never have been!

One rose was smaller than the other three and didn't look as strong and healthy than the other three. I have planted and fed all four so as you would expect will have to wait 0 and see how well each rose does to make a fair judgement in due course. So far so good. Thank you.

I'm in the process of revamping my garden so have sent for many plants from several on line garden centres. I bought 9 plants from this company in one order- the standard was mixed -the size of two plants ( pennisetum grass and viburnum opulus roseum ) was in truth laughable. Most of the others were good but if they are saying up to 28 ays for delivery why not wait until they can supply them at a decent size. The quality appears good but I had to rethink my intentions on some.

Ordered 4 packs of eucomis bicolour so a bit disappointed to receive 2 packs of eucomis bicolour and 2 packs of eucomis autumnalis alba

Tubers were disappointing 2 of them dried to a crisp unusable . And 3 of my perennial plants rotted . :(

The plants were a little dehydrated but I have reinvigorated them and now hope they will thrive, thanks.

Prompt delivery and good packaging - although the plants were quite damaged and bruised. Thankfully, 4/5 recovered fairly quickly. The fifth plant was quite dead on arrival and should never have been included in my order. The roots were dead - dark brown and rotting, and there was not even a sign of a shoot. More training for the packaging team I feel. I did receive a refund for the one defective plant, but that's not the point. I had paid packaging for 5 plants and I ordered that number becuase that is what I wanted - now I am one short.

The plants seem fine but EVRI delivery was a disappointment. Despite my instructions to leave plants in shade at side of the house "if out" , they were dumped in the porch, which gets very hot, and the driver didn't even knock to see if I was in or out.

Slight problem with packaging of plants. Think they should have been packed upright and not in their side as compost and plant were spilt. Couple of plants were very small.

I can only give you 3 stars due to the fact that apon arrival 2 of the Gaillardias were already dead and a third was close to being dead. The reason l have waited before posting my feedback was to see if the third one was salvageable or not. It is starting to make a come back but only time will tell if it will indeed survive. The others seem to be OK, "so much for the 5 free plants".

When I received the Plumtree, there were three branches broken, which I was a little bit disappointed not very good packaging

decent on the most part but a couple of cannas didn’t look too great, particularly the canna black . other than that great delivery times and ease of order . fingers crossed it grows well.

Delivery of Busy Lizzies was fine, but the plants were not in quite the best state. We hope to bing them on in the greehouse.

Your website was difficult and frustrating when I forgot my password. Why require passwords anyway? Why not let customers simply shop online without the bother of setting up accounts? When I phoned the staff member was helpful but it was a lengthy process because I didn't have the item codes, which seem to appear only in your printed catalogues
