Flowers took a long time to arrive, 40% were dead, and they still are two weeks later, even after close attention from me.

still waiting for plants that should have been delivered weeks ago. plants do not always arrive in good condition. plants are cheaper than local nurseries

Order was delivered, but as I was not at home the package was placed in a recycle bin, which was then collected by the local council team. Not Parker's fault, just one of those things that can happen.

Having purchased from you last year and had some problems with damage to the plants, I decided to give you another try. Unfortunately this year the primroses arrived quite wet and since transplanting have in fact rotted off despite no additional watering. Disappointing as have now lost 15 of them.

The plants were so wet that the tops on some of them snapped off. All of the rest were leggy and look very poor in the pots and might not live through autumn. Will not be ordering anything else from them.

Delivery was prompt, bulbs appear in good shape. The live plants were very disappointing. The first part of the order delivered were primroses, and they were too big for the packaging used. Every outside leaf was broken, on corner cells this meant that some plants had no viable leaves. The second delivery was a mess, primula this time, again with broken leaves, but a 20% attrition rate with failures and damping off.

My order #21930813 for Honeysuckle American Beauty arrived today. I am very dissapointed with the quality of the "plants", which were bascially 'sticks' with a few leaves - not anywhere close to what your photo shows.

Very poor quality looked like someone had been over the plants violas with a hedge cutter dead tops of plants all over tray. Don’t expect more than 50 % to survive having been potted up now for two weeks. Very disappointing.

purchased mums in april, arrived late although most are healthy they are minitureand can only manage height of about 2ocm. and as yet (sept) none have flowered not even shown a bud. john kimber

Plants arrived in good condition. However, I ordered the set of 5 buddleias which should include a red, pink and a white but now that they have started flowering, they all seem to be various shades of purple. I also ordered a buddleia globosa - not yet flowered but not hopeful that it will be what I ordered.

I ordered some bare root plants of Leucanthemum superbum 'Old Court' . The roots arrived and I planted them up in pots. Two out of the three bare roots survived and are now flowering. However, they are definitely NOT 'Old Court'. Leucanthemum superbum 'Old Court' has a ring of relatively long, narrow, somewhat twisted petals around a central boss of yellow in the centre. That's not what is flowering. Really disappointing that Parker's is sending out the wrong cultivar. I don't know if it was a mistake in that someone simply picked out the wrong cultivar at dispatch or whether they are mis-selling the incorrect cultivar. Either way, very disappointing.

I can assure you we do not intentionally send out the wrong cultivar, however as they're still in dormancy when we receive them from the grower it isn't possible tell that there is a problem until they flower. Having bought 6 plants in the sale last month I seem to have wasted my money as they were in a sorry state on arrival, however I gave them time to recover but I’m not at all happy with the results. I’m now wondering whether it will be a waste my time planting them out! I’m very disappointed as ordered quite a few plants at the beginning of the year and was on the whole pleased with the results it’s a pity this order let Parker’s reputation down and I’m not iffy about ordering again.

I am so disappointed yet this year again that I have a list....I got my 5 roses from last year replaced...I have 1 out of them the other 2 I bought this year are 2 sticks in the ground I will need to pull them from my front garden sick and tired of people commenting on my plants oh there not healthy those are dying...where did you get your plants when I tell them all I get is say no more...last year I had to complain this year am want write to head office...I've went to another company and had to fork out another £172. For plants and couldn't believe the difference...the surfrina I ordered for my hanging baskets garden ready from j parkers as I never got one plant from the plants from this other place my god garden ready would make 3 of parkers ones which as I said were also garden ready....the plants were so fresh and were here with me in 3 days...I ordered roses from them they are stunning my son counted the flowers coming out in one rose there were 23 buds I had to take some heads are they were big heads...rambled on enough sorry Mr parkers I think next year you might not see me and a few others.
