I was a bi disappointed with daylilies. I bought 5 big ones, but plants was 5 sorts 3,i bought 3 doubles, 2 not flowering 1 year, was too small, but 1 who flowering was not double but extra small. Rose Peace had very bad roots, I have 28 roses in my garden, this was worst, but survival.

Such a bad company to deal with. My part delivery arrived almost 2 months later and the plants were is shocking condition. Supplied photos and emailed the company and still nothing from them 2 weeks later.....

Plants very poor,bone dry on arrival. Some have not survived ,will not be ordering from you again.

I am really sorry to learn that you have had some disappointments with your delivery. I have had a look at the pictures you sent through to us and this is normal for the time of year. None of our perennial plants are greenhouse grown all our plants are grown outside from being young seedlings/cuttings, so once we start into autumn they will start to defoliate and die back, especially as they are young plants and not established in your garden which is why we do ask that you plant them straight outside. This allows them to spread their roots and to continue into dormancy, in spring we fully expect them to start into growth but just in case they don't you are covered by our full guarantee. Dear J Parkers, Thank you for my recent order of 1000 daffodil bulbs. This was to plant in a brand new garden area within a boarding school. The students have really enjoyed having a go at gardening and are looking forward to seeing them all flower. We have students from all over the world who won't necessarily get the opportunity to garden otherwise. I have ordered many other items on other orders such as roses, tulips, iris, alliums and agapanthus. I'm hoping to make this garden a beautiful, relaxing space for everyone to use to improve the mental wellbeing of our students especially with the last year of lockdown etc. 5 stars! Didn’t know when they would arrive. Done lasagna pots , daffodils,tulips hyacinth iris and pansys on top yesterday Visitors always make nice comments sure you will not let me down in the spring.

There was nothing wrong with the bulb order but the primula plugs arrived rather battered and looking very sorry for themselves. As advised on your leaflet I gave them some water and the next day I potted them up into sectioned trays and gave them some t.l.c. Putting them outside during the day and bringing them inside at night. Despite this many have not survived but those that have are looking stronger.

I now always buy my tulips bulbs from Parkers and I am never disappointed. I once bought from a competitor who was considerably more expensive and regretted it when the tulips were very poor on flowering.
