Don't know whether it your team or your delivery team my (begonia supercascade mg068)arrived in a terrible state out of the 30 ordered only 20 where plantable apart from that l am still waiting for the rest of my order( begonia illumination x 30 and my oteospermum hawali sunset mix x20) could you please update me ASAP when they will be delivered Thanks AM Crossley

I ordered two packs of plug plants in May, they arrived in a damaged box, 50% dead and the remaining 50% very weak and really did not look like they would survive. I contacted J Parker's customer service by whatsapp, to let them know what had happened and sent pictures demonstrating the condition the plants had arrived in. This was a lengthy process and from the response I got, it was clear they simply were not interested in helping and instead made lame excuses as to why plug plants are delivered dead! In the end, I was told to return my order (at my own cost) if I 'did not like it', which just was not worth the further postage costs. I planted out the few little plants that were just about alive, they have all since died, despite being planted with care and well looked after. Lesson learnt - will never use this company again and will instead spend a few more pounds at the local garden centre! Definitely recommend avoiding this company!

I have ordered Parker’s products for many years, but due to my experience this year which can only be described as an absolute disaster. Although I have spent all of my time treating all of the plants received with the utmost care the poor quality has been difficult to obtain decent results. I am certainly considering going to my local nursery instead and save my time and patience!

I have ordered several plants and roses from J Parkers safe quick delivery all arriving in good condition, now growing very healthy in my garden. I did have one problem with growing my sweet peas the squirrels thought it was fun to unearth them next year i'll use netting.

The 24 plants for hanging baskets arrived in a very poor condition. Half dead, leaves off. Not looking very healthy at all. Very disappointed.

Ordered jumbo plug trailing surfinas, some of the plants weren't jumbo but very small despite potting straight away and kept in the house as too cold in greenhouse, they withered and died, the same thing happened last year as well, but the actual jumbo plugs are growing lovely,they really shouldn't send out too small when you order jumbo, I lost 10 in total all very small ones, some packs arrived with leaves squashed where plastic shuts, I did have a response when I complained and they sent another pack but said they squash leaf ones should be OK some were some weren't.my begonias had all come out of the plastic potting tray as so dry and obviously thrown about by courier, I replanted and seem to be doing fine. I didn't order millions bells this year as last year were so spindly and just didn't come on well forgot to review that last year

Could have been no stars! On arrival the plants looked dreadful, half dead is generous. But I potted them on. Within few days they were looking more healthy. Now after a week they are all growing really well. Good price and prompt delivery.

We received 2 deliveries with poor quality plants. We sent 2 emails of complaint. We received no response (other than an automated receipt of the email)

Out of 40 Calibrachoa Million Bells Trailing mixed I have ten plants that are only just begining to flower total cost was £44.95 they were absolute rubbish I will never buy from you again

I ordered a group of perennial plug plants last year and nurtured them indoors following the enclosed instructions. This year they are absolutely blooming beautifully in the garden. I am very pleased and will use again. My garden has never looked so good. Great price too. If I had to buy them separately as established plants as they are now they would have cost me a fortune. Will add photos asap

Ordered 2 x pack of 5 Pompom mix in january which arrived 10.02.25. These tubers are now flowering and are no where near what I ordered. Hope my 2nd order is correct I will never be using Parkers again.

Customer service nearly none existent over a month waiting for the second part of my order ( wich will be slightly delayed ) when they arrive most of them were good for nothing. I'm still waiting to hear from them to reply coming up to 2 weeks later I won't be buying plants from them again.

Plants were received in exceptional condition due to first class packaging unlike a delivery from another firm which were knocked about and damaged. Very pleased with the quality and size of these plants, highly recommended

Poor customer service! Contacted twice by email, took 11 days to respond to the first one and after 1 week still not had a reply from the second one. This was regarding a replacement for plants that had not grown: 3 out of 10 foxgloves, 4 out of 6 Pulmonarias and 1 out of 9 Astrantias.

I am very disappointed with parts of the last 3 orders culminating in todays delivery of one I’d my two hanging baskets which has clearly been up ended in transit with a damaged box and the contents unearthed and damaged I have photographs ! In previous orders, only 3 of the dahlia tubers ordered are showing signs of growing Also, one of the 3 rises ordered are showing signs of growth .. the third one seens to be dead In addition quite a few other small plants are not doing well in spite of me having 65 years of gardening experience Comments pkease
