“The coat was beautiful but didn't fit. The fur was too big to be functional as a skier. I'm trying to return it and need assistance.”

“The website is very intuitive. The photos are correct and it shows you the stock by size. Very much appreciated. However, some important information is missing, such as the composition of the product or its weight. This is precisely the reason why I have returned the product. My jacket is very heavy and I find it uncomfortable for everyday use. Otherwise the quality is good and the fittings, zips and hook and loop fasteners are amazing. Once you have purchased the garment, they hardly send you any messages on how the delivery of the order is progressing and the same applies to the return, as I have no proof of the delivery point nor do I have any from you. I hope the return will be as quick as the delivery of the order which took 4/5 days.”

“I sent it back cause the model I choose (my bad) was too sporty and I didn't like that it was so high closing on the neck I could not see anything. The overall quality was good, nice tissue, looked very warm but there were a lot of small imperfections like a little hole in the internal part and many little wires from the sewing. Also, I would have liked to send it back ordering another model but it's not possible. I will need to send, wait for the refund and then buy a new one. Quite uncomfortable.”

“Sceptique quant au fait d’acheter via internet. Premier modèle renvoyé car ne correspondait pas à ma recherche mais le deuxième modèle a satisfait l’entièreté de mes exigences. Qualité, chaleur, design souhaité, fonctionnel. Taille bien mais attention à la carure pour la jetstream artic fur jacket. Envoi étonnamment TRÈS rapide ! Je recommande”

“I ordered the street full quilt down puffer jacket, hoping for a durable, reliable winter parka. Living in Toronto means that winters get pretty windy and cold. I absolutely love the style of this jacket; my only wish is that it contained perhaps a little bit more down or insulation. I understand it's a subjective rating, but information such as how much down fill, temperature ranges for wearing the jacket, and details on water resistance levels could be provided on the website in the future. The delivery took a week and a half during the busiest time of the year (Christmas and NYE) which is impressive coming from London. I'm thoroughly pleased with the product!”
