“Based on DHL express tracking service the order return Order# JK-EU11536 has been delivered to your entity 3rd of May 2022 (tracking number 7816687900) what was in frame of 60 days return conditions (original order date was 15th of March 2022). Since that time I did not receive any response from you. Could you check the return request and provide your response as soon as possible please? You are not responding to my mails, I am very upset with your client service. Did not receive money for few months.”

“I bought the Jackit LAXNY on the 26th of april and received it 3 days later. The package was very secured and shipped in two boxes. The down coat is made of very strong material. Is very warm and made for very rough and cold weather. The fitting of the coat is perfect and goes narrow in the waist for a nice female look. And finally i am happy that somebody made a coat in a nice colourful pink colour.”

“The jacket is beautiful, well made ,true to size and well presented, the shop discription was not 100% accurate , however Jack1t were easy to deal with, friendly and quick to reply to emails. I would purchase from them again.”

“Finally received my jackets. Was happy with one but sent back the second one. 3 weeks after they received the jacket back I still wait my 400 pounds to be refund but actually nothing is back… It’s not normal that it tools so long”

“Quick delivery. Great cut and as promised. I pity You cannot remove the hoody. The best Gilet for that price. I ordered as well a Moncler but it really looked like a potato bag and I had to send it back.”

“Having previously purchased from Jack1T and being very satisfied I was very much looking forward to receiving my latest purchase. Despite receiving an email to say my item had been dispatched on 29th March to advise my parcel would be delivered in 31st March I am still waiting for the parcel with no explanation of where it is or what has happened to say I’m annoyed is an understatement and no I would not recommend this company longer!”
