“Quick to take your money, slow to send it back when you refund. The sizing chart doesnt work for the USA. My exact measurements on the sites tool were input and it came in 2 sizes smaller.”

“Clothes : Great quality and design. Service : amazing customer service. After a few days (5wd) without order update /progress), I dropped a mail), got a reply within the day. 2 days after,I received the article at home, a fantastic service, replying hyper fast to customer request, finding a way to solve the issue on a very short term, clear information. a fantastic job ( thanks a lot Becci for your help, great job), one of the best customer service I have ever faced in private as professional environment.”

“Had a very BAD and Unfortunate experience with Jack1t and its delivery team "Celeritas". I returned the product as per their return procedure and with their selected Delivery vendor. After 15 days when I inquired about my refund, they investigated it and told me that the products doesn't match. Their delivery team and their warehouse team both reported that the package was not opened in between. But clearly, someone replaced the contents of the package. It was a very expensive jacket and I didn't receive any refund. Very very bad experience.”
