“Birds love it all.surprised when opened fat blocks to find not individually wrapped, understand why, luckily they were not stuck together unlike a cheap supermarket ones! The box everything came in was e xtrembly hard to get Into took some effort or else I'm a weakling😂”

“I have now stopped using your company because you have started using plastic and polypropylene packaging and that’s not sustainable ! Yes I had the greenwash about recycling from Customer Service and the guff about folks preferring plastic bags ! All yoh need is to be pro active with your customers and explain why you are making sustainable choices . But you are not . I am sorry to go because the products are great but I have my own standards and want to stick with them . Thanks”

“Excellent company. I've been buying from them since lockdown of 2020. A lot of the companies were out of stock but Ivel Valley had bird seed. The bird feed is excellent quality and my birds now won't eat anything else!!”

“I initially ordered two New England birdhouses and was immensely impressed with this product. Beautifully made and with metal opening protectors. They were also carefully packaged for safe transportation and they arrived perfect. I have since my first purchase ordered another birdhouse and all three are proudly installed on my wall. I am keenly watching out for their new home owners! Thank you do much!”

“Excellent range of bird feed that all the local birds love, including sparrows, robins, goldfinch, starlings, blackbirds. Absolutely nothing goes to waste. The meal worms send the starlings into a frenzy. The next day delivery service is also excellent especially when buying sacks of seed and peanuts.”
