“Excellent bird food and very rapid delivery. DPD are usually very reliable and give a 2 hr delivery slot and updates. We have used Ivel valley for several years now and would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“I ordered the sunflower hearts, 2 x 12.55kg and 5kg of dried mealworms. The order process was as easy as usual via the website. the only issue being that it doesn't seem to do the payment first time and I needed to go back in to my basket and checkout again. This seems to be a recurring issue of late. The products are always good and the birds love them so absolutely no issues with the quality of the food provided. My only issue is that I don't like the new packaging. I assume the new plasticy sacks for the sunflower hearts are not recyclable and the new bags for the mealworms don't fit in my ciontainer as well as the old packaging. That is of course, a purely personal thing, nothing wrong with the actual packaging. The delivery was an issue again, with DPD just dropping off on the doorstep, almost so I couldn't get throiugh the door as 2 large boxes. If I didn't answer the door, the boxes should have been left in my safe place. Not directly an Ivel Valley issue but something they should look into it as my contract is with them. Overall my experience of using Ivel Valley is positive always. I have used them for many years now and find the items go down really well with the birds, delivery is quick, next day and represents real value for money.”

“Quality bird feed and the new "chilli rolls" really do deter pesky squirrels. Maybe extend the offering to your fat ball range? Highlh recommend Ivel Valley for their quality product range and speedy free delivery options.”

“The peanuts I order are always in good condition and well packed ,if they are tasty or not you will have to ask the squirrels ! . The speed of delivery is the best , ordered on Wednesday morning , arrived Thursday lunch time .”
