“I placed a sizeable first order to see us through the winter months. Delighted to receive 20% off. We have a myriad of birds feeding off two feeders that have peanut, winter seed, sunflower heart & fat balls with worms etc. Birds love the food, empty feeds within 24-36hrs. Brings us so much pleasure to watch and sustain our feathered friends. From order to delivery 48hrs. Will certainly be back to buy again.”

“Food is of excellent quality. However, I had an issue this time with the packaging and delivery information. I was not informed by the carriers that they would deliver on the Monday, consequently I was not ready to receive the very heavy box left on my doorstep. Usually I ask the driver to put it on a piece of mat inside my hall so I can drag it through the house. At 86 and not in the best of health, I had a real struggle to get the box up the step. Similarly, the following day the rest of my order was delivered, and I did not catch the driver to ask him to lift the box into the house . Luckily this second one was not quite as heavy, but in future I will have to make sure I do not order anything too heavy.”

“I purchased the winter feast seed mix. I bought ths when you brought it out last year, and my birds couldn't get enough of it. I was having to fill the feeders us evey three days where they had eaten it all. Along with the fat balls, the peanut chips, and the calci worms. So now you have started selling it again, i made sure i bought plenty of stock to keep my five bird feeding stions topped up. I would recomend this feed to any back garden feeder. For a whole multitude of birds, from from wrens, coal tits, blue tits, all the way up tp to doves.”

“I'll increase the start points to five as and when the birds start queueing for food! Lovelybto find a wide choice of sensible bird feeders! We had an extremely successful run with previous 'open' feeders, but it was interrupted by visits from a sparrowhawk, and before our friendly blackbirds and smaller birds resumed coming we were added to the jackdaws' list of regular haunts. To deter them while encouraging smaller birds we're trying this new 'big bird proof' feeder. Have to say, it seems ideal for our needs - attractive, sturdy, dry inside, simple (for us) to open....and easily cleaned...a cleverly designed feeder to suit little birds...thank you!”

“The website is very easy to use and there is a good selection of items. Delivery is extremely quick and items arrive well packaged in a cardboard box. It is very disappointing though that the 12.5 kg bags of sunflower seeds are no longer supplied in a paper sack and are instead packed in a plastic sack. Personally, I have never had any problem with the delivery, or storage, of the paper sacks and wish they were still an option.”
