“You didn't ship the right quantity and despite numerous phone calls over the past 3 weeks, and commitments that you will ship the missing items, you don't keep your promise and still owe me for the missing items. Yesterday you told me you would " check with the warehouse and call me back". No one did. Please refund the money you owe”

“WARNING: DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Update: I've change my review from poor to very poor, because when I went to install my airer, both of the pulleys broke, despite me following the instructions. These pulleys are very poorly made. I have ordered replacement for another company. Wish I'd spent the extra money and get a better product in the first place. Original review: As far as I can see, the times that I bought are of good quality [THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT], at a reasonable price. However, the customer service from this company is awful. My 'next-day' deliver took thee weeks to arrive after calling them up on at least four different occasions. Twice I was told that the item had been sent, which was a lie. It was only when I asked to speak to a manager, that my items were sent and I was given a tracking code. Definitely won't be shopping with them again!”

“I have order 2 water meter manhole which I have been informed that will be delivered next day. They even send me tracking no which unavailable to give delivery time and date. “I'm in the same situation as many others here. Ordered items that never arrived. The company does not respond to emails, however I did get through on the phone and spoke to a lady who could barely speak English. She gave me two different excuses for why my order hadn't been dispatched. I am awaiting a refund through PayPal. Useless company!”

“I placed a small test order given all the negative reviews, items arrived on time. I then placed a bigger order which hasn't arrived. I had an e-mail saying all items were dispatched but no delivery and Customer Services don't have tracking details. They say they need to speak to the warehouse and will call me back, they don't. They can't say if the order has been dispatched or not. Thankfully, I paid using PayPal so I will open a dispute.”

“Really poor service. Will never use this company again, really wish I had seen the reviews on Google and I would have stayed well clear. They offer next day delivery, but after chasing them up on numerous occasions, and was given many different excuses for the delays. Its turns out they import from abroad, and next day is just one of their many lies. After 2 weeks of still no products or them being able to give me any sort of time scale. Still waiting......... Avoid.”

“Warning, I ordered the larger of two sets of brass knobs at the higher price from S & S International (UK) Ltd via Amazon. But was sent the small version instead. I arranged to have the item returned for a refund. I had the bother of repackaging, a trip to the post office, also paying the return postage. l contacted S & S International (UK) Ltd directly and explained what had happened. I then reordered the larger size doorknobs. Being assured I would be sent the larger size. Next day the doorknobs arrived, and guess what they had sent the small version again. The label on the box describing the product had conveniently been defaced. I phoned the company for an explanation, I was told that I was probably sent the smaller item because the larger one was out of stock. I asked why I was not told this when I placed the order and was still charged the higher price. I did not get a satisfactory answer. What do think of a company that treats its customers like that?. I will not be using them again.”

“What an horendously bad company. Placed an order on the 13th July 2020. Its now 25th August 2020 and still missing an item off my order. The team cannot tell me what item is missing, when it will arrive, I had to offer the information. The systems are poor, the customer service is poor, the communication is very poor. I have called the company at least 6 times for an update.....”

“Order arrived quite quickly BUT only half a handle set. Having rung on the day that they arrived to try and sort it I heard nothing from them for nearly a week. I rang again and after a 10 mins of trying to sort it they THOUGHT it was dispatched 4 days ago. Will not be using them again.”

“Possibly the worst online shop I have ever used! Placed an order and paid for next day delivery but it took 10 days to arrive. Customer service was hopeless and unable on several phone calls to explain the reason for the delay. They also promised to refund my delivery charge but still no sign of that happening. If I were you I would shop somewhere else.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Spent over £200 on locks, they told me it had been dispatched, When it didn’t arrive 2 weeks to chase up I was told it hadn’t been dispatched. I have chased every day since and they still haven’t been dispatched which it hadn’t, still out of pocket and now have no locks. Called customer services several times who do not wish to help and repeatedly tell me it is being looked into, to then do nothing. If you want to waste your time chasing an order that doesn’t arrive then I would recommend this company, otherwise I would steer clear.”

“Ordered a rams head door knocker. Money was taken out of my account. After waiting over two weeks for the door knocker they sent me a cheaper alternative which was nice but not as good as the rams head. Despite several emails I have still not received the difference in the price. Very disappointed with the after sales service of this company.”

“Poor experience all round, but response to customer calls unforgiveable. Ordered some items shown as in stock with next day delivery. After 7 days i called to chase to be told they were out of stock but would have some within the week and ship then. This they did but only part of the order was shipped. I called customer service again to point this out, they said they would look into it. Several days later no call back and no fulfilment of the order. Okay the item not shipped was under a fiver but its the principle.”
