“Do not use. Impossible to use their "free returns" for unwanted items as this company has ignored multiple emails and phone calls over the last month. I am simply being ignored. I will be referring this matter to my credit card company to get a refund.”

“Ordered a lot of letters for house sign; no delivery. When I called (note, they did NOT call me!) I was told that the "E" was not in stock despite it being listed as so on their website. No information was volunteered regarding when it would be in stock. I requested a refund but it has not been given. AND the "E" is STILL listed as being in stock on their website. MISLEADING information and NIL customer service. AVOID! I'd give no stars if I could!”

“Small Item purchased on 19th March with a two - three day delivery. By 14th April, item still not received and the courier was still waiting to receive the goods. Seller stated they would check with the warehouse and call me back. No such phone call was received. Complaint made to PayPal. Seller did not respond to PayPal and they provided a refund - eight weeks after placing the order. Will never buy from this seller again and would warn prospective customers to take every precaution.”

“Liers!!! I am very disappointed. Order was placed and paid 2 weeks ago and out of contry shipping was paid in full as well!never received shipping info.Contacted them at my own expenses for two weeks,each time some excuse and lie.Dont buy from them,you will never receive what you ordered if you are abroad at least.”

“Items not arrived when paid for next day delivery. Yodel didn’t receive item and when contacted Ironmongery world was told it would now be sent by Royal Mail on next day delivery. No delivery received, asked for RM tracking number, after lots of wasted conversation was told it hadn’t been sent by Royal Mail. It will be 2-3weeks now for delivery. I completely understand that COVID causes disruption and have no problem with companies being unable to deliver but why offer next day delivery when it’s known this isn’t possible. Just be honest, still waiting on delivery, no communication from anyone. No refund for extra paid for next day delivery. Can’t comment on product as still waiting....”
