“The ornate fixing screw is in 2 parts, so if you have to unscrew it the thread stays fixed in the pole and you have to use pliers to release it.”

“The letters are great. Nice size and well-finished. However, after a month outside we noticed that the screws supplied had started to rust. Had to take them out and buy some suitable for outdoor use. So only 4 stars because of the hassle and extra expense.”

“Folks, I purchased a couple of cast iron hanging basket brackets and various brass Victorian hooks. The products were of a good quality and competitively priced. Delivery was prompt and the items well packaged. Unfortunately, a couple of the items were out of stock which on emailing the company they were able to swap for different items and delivered at no cost.”
