“it took a long time to get an answer to my question.”

“Sent a couple of wrong parts, speak to someone and I'm told there's nothing they can do. Speak to someone else and told they'll send out the right parts. Theyre sent out but they only send one instead of two. Have to get back in contact with them to get them to send out another, 2 new parts then turn up. Got everything I needed in the end but it certainly wasn't easy.”

“Nice quality brackets, but certainly could have done with some better finishing, before being sent! They need to be flat!! Good range of choice too. Luckily my son sorted them, else they would have been returned. Photos of before and after!”

“The lock looks amazing but is very stiff & the internal handle has no pin & keeps coming off in our hand. I would suggest that the design is changed & the handle is pinned.”

“The keeps are very nice, however the screws provided are too small and not fit for purpose. Had to procure own screws and couldn’t get the same colour which has taken from the overall look of the keeps.”

“I’ve used this Company several times they really are wonderful right up until today when trying to place an order on line it asked me to call customer service. The lady was impatient and it felt like she really didn’t want to be there and most certainly not taking my order. Definitely someone who should not be dealing with customers. If she was having a bad day I apologise”

“I bought a fish door knocker but although I like it I am very disappointed with the poor quality, especially for the price. The hinge is extremely loose and flappy, a bad fit. The rivet is just chopped off, sharp edges, no attempt at smoothing it. The fish has been ground away roughly on a large area of it's surface, obliterating some of the 'scales' - I imagine where the casting sprue was attached. I would have even paid a bit more to have it properly finished.”

“I’m sorry, I phoned up your number to ask a question and the lady that answered was quite dismissive and not particularly friendly, I would have also liked an acknowledgment of my order by email. I was concerned the order wasn’t received and something had gone wrong. The product was very good though and as described.”

“ordered 2 sets of hinges, when they arrived we got 3 left hand and 1 right hand, reading previous reviews, this has happened before, except they got all one side hinge, there was no facility to select left or right handed sets, but because of there nature they are not reversable”

“Well made, but not 'Antique Iron' finish. Should have been made clear that 'Comes with fixing screws' means 2 (TWO) thin 1" screws per bracket.”

Dear Mr Boronat, Apologies for the lack of screws finishing, I will have some new ones despatched today, for the cast iron product you have ordered.

“Product was spot on, more then happy with the Finnish, my only issue is being told on the website that if I ordered before 3pm it would be dispatched same day, and I paid the extra to have next working day delivery. That was on a Thursday, I rang the provided number to confirm this and was reassured by the member of staff, unfortunately the item was dispatched till the Friday after a brief conversation with someone on the Facebook page, and I didn't get my item till the monday, which is slightly annoying when you pay over £5 for next day and you end up waiting 4 days all be it that includes Saturday and Sunday.”

“Terrible quality screws”

“The letter “a” is a different size to all the other letters. Plus all the screws are different . Some flat head , some cross , all different thickness and lengths .”

“Product was delivered on time. Quality of the rim lock was not great as received as a few screws were loose which meant that lock did not work very well. Luckily I could fix it.”

“Company was fine but delivery company delivered to wrong address. I queried this with the delivery company who sent a rather rude email telling me they had delivered ir correctly. Someone from further down the street then put it through our letterbox later.”
