“The staff ar Herdwick were very helpful at all times. This included setting up the accommodation exactly as we requested and sorting a couple of problems that arose with the property while we were there. On one occasion we had to leave a message out of office hours, but it was picked up and dealt with straight away.”

“Jane was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable, replied to text messages within 5 minutes and put the hot tub on for us every time we came back from our walks in the afternoons!”
