“All aspects were good, with one exception - the tone of the email providing welcome details and instructions was disappointing, the language used regarding arrival and departure times felt harsh and did not leave us feeling confortable, a 'softer' tone and approach would have been preferable.”

Dear Richard, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt the information in the pre-arrival email was disappointing - that certainly isn't intended. With the exception of sections; where the keys, parking, and wifi information, the rest of the email is a template used for all properties, and the feedback from other reviews is that the information was very good, clear, and detailed. I would be grateful if you could please let me know if there was a specific section you felt was disappointing so we can review it. Many thanks, Adam.

We work very hard to ensure the information and communication we provide are accurate so that guests can be confident that their expectations will be met. “Ahead of our visit, it was assuring to get a phone call, checking all was well with us, and that we had all the necessary information. No need to contact them once we were there, as we had no problems.”

Good Morning Thank you for taking the time in sending a review, I was disappointed to read you felt the communication was weak, I have checked our correspondence regarding your stay and can see that you received a confirmation via booking.com portal on the day of booking, you also received a 10-day pre-stay arrival email outlining all of the information regarding your stay and a call was made to you the day before arrival checking you had all the information for your stay. I am sorry if you feel that all of this correspondence is not enough. Any ideas on how we can improve on this are welcome, I do hope that in time you will book with us again.
