“When we arrived at cottage for 16.00 we had a nightmare trying to open the key lock box. We couldn't phone anyone for help as your office closes at 15.00 fortunately using the small amount of tools in the outhouse we managed to open the box. I would recommend that either you have the office manned until after entrance time or move the entrance time to the cottage earlier. The emergency phone number doesn't work it just goes dead.”

With regard to the out-of-hours contact number, it is set up to ring on three different phones, but unfortunately, on Saturday afternoon, none of these phones received an emergency call. This may have been due to a poor signal at the property you stayed at. We appreciate your understanding, as this line is available 24 hours for our guests. “Initially called to double-check availability after seeing the property on their website. The phone was answered very quickly, by a knowledgable and very helpful chap. There was very good email communication with all necessary details, and a care call a couple of days before our holiday, to check we’d received everything. I even downloaded their App for our stay, with useful info all in one place.”
