Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that we were unable to accommodate your early arrival request. We always try to accommodate requests, but on this occasion, there was a departure on your day of arrival, and given the size of the property, it wasn't possible, because the housekeeper required the full allocated time to ensure the property was perfect for your arrival. “Easy booking from start to finish. Booked on Airbnb but the booking was handled all the way by Herdwick Cottages. Communication easy and everything explained and we had easy check in and a text while we were there to make sure everything was going smoothly. We enjoyed our stay in Windermere”
