“Initially called to double-check availability after seeing the property on their website. The phone was answered very quickly, by a knowledgable and very helpful chap. There was very good email communication with all necessary details, and a care call a couple of days before our holiday, to check we’d received everything. I even downloaded their App for our stay, with useful info all in one place.”
