“Confirmation of booking and all information/access instructions were processed very swiftly and efficiently, which was great as it was a last minute booking! It was also appreciated to be informed that we could access the property early on the day of arrival and leave a bit later on the day of departure. Thank you :)”

“Perfect! From browsing the easy to use, informative and excellent choices of cottages on the website to arriving at The Old Laundry, everything was top notch. The telephone call with regards to our arrival details and confirmation of the arrival email was marvellous customer service. We will definitely be booking through Herdwick again thanks.”
