“Although it was a surprise, it was a nice touch to get a call the day before we went to be able to ask questions (mine was are there towels!) Girl was very nice and friendly”

“I appreciated the friendly response from staff. They called in advance of my arrival and attempted to assist when the TV did not connect to the WIFI. It would have been even better if they had been able to rectify the problem.”

We were very sorry to hear that the issues with the TV connectivity impacted your stay, and we appreciate the time you spent on the phone with our team attempting to resolve it. We want to let you know that following your departure, we had a technician visit the property. While a reset of the WiFi network restored the connection, we have since installed a dedicated Ethernet cable to the TV to ensure this does not happen for future guests. We truly regret that we could not reach this solution while you were still in the property and apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.

“Staff got in touch with me to see if we needed any special requests before we set off on are short break ***** the only issues we had was the mop was left in the porch on entering the property and it smelt There was a damp patch in bedroom near the on sweet which I think came from a leak in the shower cubicle as there was water patch in the living room ceiling”

“Very organised booking agent. Quick confirmation to booking and full arrival details sent in advance. Received a phone call the day before in case we had any questions. We had one issue with the property while away which the agent quickly resolved by email. I'd book again with them.”
