“I did not feel taken care of by your company in any way. No-one checked on us. We arrived to a cold dark house, nothing to welcome us and an empty fridge . My bedding was dirty with what looked like spots of blood. There was only enough wood for a couple of hours and zero information on how to get more. No phone was advertised , but No television was not and was a big let down for my elderly parents. The directions to the house were not sufficient. I would never have found it, if I’d arrived just an hour later in the pitch dark. So far this year I’ve rented 6 AirBnB properties for a total of 107 days. I’ve had a good breadth of experience.”
