“The communication was great, all the instructions were very clear and we found the cottage, the parking, and the way to get in very easily. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities in the house when we arrived (dishwasher tablets etc) just because we arrived quite late.”

“As my booking was through Air BnB initially my communication with HC came later. They provided useful info on the location and access arrangement and essential contact details and a bit of info about the accommodation. I reached out a couple of times and they were prompt and friendly in their response.”

“Booking was straightforward. Only slight issue was that the Track and Trace information was requested when initially booking on 27Mar and reminders sent but the Manage my Booking link was not provided until 9Apr. No other issues faced and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
